Film premiere, Galas and Culture events

 On November 15, the Stockholm International Film Festival awards ceremony took place at Soho House. The film  "Nickel Boys"  by director  RaMell Ross  won the Bronze Horse for Best Film. The award for best director was to  Matthew Rankin  for the film  "Universal Language",  Best Cinematography to  Martin Gschlacht  for  "The Devil's Bath" , Best Screenplay to  Alonso Ruispalacíos  for the film  "La Cocina" .  Malou Khébizi  was the Best Actress for her rol in the film  "Wild Diamond"  and the Best Actor of the festival;  Izaac Wang  for his film role in the film  "Dídi" . Den 5 november var Årets galainvigning av Stockholms filmfestival 2024 på biografen Skandia. I år blir det den 35:e upplagan av Stockholms filmfestival. Git Scheynius, director av Stockholm Film festival och Parisa Liljestrand invigde festival.  Film  "Anora" av Sean Baker är festivalens öppningsfilm. Sean Baker är i Stockholm för är ta emot priset Stockholm Visionary Award. Han kommer att ha en face2face med publiken.  Under invigningen av festivalen deltog flera svenska skådespelare, regissör och flera gäster som jobbar med filmkonst.
